D'alembert Betting System
A progression betting system where you raise you bet after
each loss and lower your bet after each win. Not recommended, see

Dauber (Bingo)
An ink filled bottle with a sponge tip used to mark off numbers
Dealer
The person in charge of dealing the cards. Also known as Croupier
Deck (Card Games)
One deck consists of 52 cards, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, Jack, Queen,
King, Ace with four suits Spades, Diamonds, Hearts and Clubs.
Deuces Wild (Video Poker)
A form of video poker where all cards with the value of two are wild
Diamonds
One of the four card suits, always red, resembles a diamond shape.
Dice (Craps and Sic Bo)
Dice are two identical cubes with numbers from 1 to 6 on the sides
Die
Singular for dice, a cube with numbers 1 to 6 on each side.
Discard Rack (Card Games)
The place where used cards are placed between shuffles
Don’t Come Bet (Craps)
A bet placed on the Don’t Come Bar. Placed after the come-out
roll
Don’t Pass Bet (Craps)
A bet placed prior to the Come Out Roll that a 7 will be rolled before
a point is repeated.
Don’t Pass Line (Craps)
The area on the layout where Don’t Pass bets are placed
Double after Split (Blackjack)
A rule where you can double after you have split your card in a blackjack
game
Double Down (Blackjack)
To double your bet on a hand and receive one additional card
Double Up (Slots and Video Poker)
The double up allows you to gamble your wins
Double Zero Roulette
Also known as American roulette, the table has 38 numbers with a 0
and a 00
Draw
